Who is responsible
This website is run by Tommi Murshed-Parish (Convert More Chase Less). You can reach us at tommi@conversionsforcoaches.com.
The short version
This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics and no tracking pixels, and loads no third-party fonts or scripts. Everything you see on first load comes from this domain. Your browser’s local storage only remembers whether you have already seen the chat greeting; that note never leaves your device.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). To deliver pages, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details in short-lived server logs. This is necessary to run and secure the website (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) UK GDPR / GDPR). See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Videos (YouTube)
The testimonial videos are hosted on YouTube. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play. When you do, the video is embedded in privacy-enhanced mode from youtube-nocookie.com, and Google receives data such as your IP address and the fact that you watched that video. WhatsApp and email
The “Book a call” buttons and the chat bubble open WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. / Meta) with a prefilled message. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp yourself. The fit check and the calculator run entirely in your browser; your answers only leave the page if you choose to send them. If you contact us by WhatsApp or email, we use your details only to reply to you and to talk about working together.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Email us to exercise them. You can also complain to a supervisory authority – in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
